Very friendly staff and right on time. The doctor laid out all the work that needs to be done and suggested a plan going forward. She even told me my insurance covers things I didn't think it did. Excellent first experience.

I had my first visit at University Dental Care to get a second opinion on a tooth that I was told had a crack in it. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the dentist (Dr. Hark) was friendly, professional, and patient. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but I was helped by a very sweet hygienist that happened to be taking a break outside. Upon arrival, I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. I sat in the waiting room for maybe 5 minutes before being called back into an exam room. The hygienist was friendly, quick, but thorough, did my bite wings, then left to get the doctor. He came into the exam room right away, LISTENED to me, and gave me some good news that I did not expect to get. Overall, this office made one of the best first impressions I've ever had. I plan to be a patient of theirs for life.

Dr. Ola Farrah and Tara & the 2 encouraging ladies at the front desk are the absolute best! They all helped bring back my confidence and fixed everything that needed fixed in such a timely manner before I under went major hip replacement. I’m so incredibly thankful. Don’t ever leave Dr Ola or Tara 🫶 I felt so safe being with all these amazing ladies. I have been recommending many to go here. Extremely blessed 🫶

Dr. Guncha Sohi is very rude and unprofessional. I have always loved the office, the assistants and receptionist were so nice. However, I had the worst experience I have ever had with someone who claims to be a caring, professional dentist. She was dismissive and rude, making false claims to someone who had a treatment plan and visited every 3 months for cleanings. I do not recommend her.

This is my husband's account, but I'm writing this (Diane Elliot). The best part of my day today was my dental appointment at University Dental Care! How often can anyone say that? The office was clean and beautiful. Everyone I met was genuinely friendly and gave me excellent care with great explanations. Check-in and check-out processes were friendly and efficient. A truly professional team. Highly recommend. I'm actually looking forward to going back!
